Insurance Terms

  • Insurance Policy would be activated after 5 working days from completing all the documentation required for policy activation.

  • Policy would be activated on the basis of the plan selected (if the plan selected does not have a policy as part of the offering, The policy cannot be activated

  • Policy would be valid subject to terms laid out for the same issues by the Insurance Company & IRDAI

  • For the policy to remain active the relevant conditions apply [1] in case of a free plan. daily renewals would be required [2] in case of policy offered as part of a plan, validity of 365 days applies

  • OyeKidhar Private Limited would assist with any claims subject to the required documents and process are followed

Group Personal Accident Policy.

This is a Group Policy and the insured amount is ₹ 1,000,000 in case of death of the subscriber and partial or total permanent disability due to an accident during the active period of the policy.

Special Ambulance Expenses Reimbursement.

The active policy provides for third party reimbursement of any mode of commute for ferrying the subscriber from the place of accident to the nearest hospital using any mode of transport like a Taxi or an Ambulance.

Reimbursed amount has a maximum limit of ₹ 10,000 or actual amount spent which ever is lower

Proof of expense, 24 hours hospitalization is mandatory for processing claims

Special Hospital Expenses Reimbursement.

The active policy provides for reimbursement of any hospitalization expense incurred to treat the subscriber injured in any accident.

Reimbursed amount has a maximum limit of ₹ 10,000 or actual amount spent which ever is lower.

Proof of expense, 24 hours hospitalization is mandatory for processing claims

All the information provided by you should always be accurate and valid at all times. You are required to keep the information updated at all times in order to consume the services provided. We will not be responsible of the information provided by you is incorrect or not accurate.

Data Privacy on the Network

We respect your privacy and take great pain to ensure all the data collected and recorded is safely stored for timely retrieval . However in the event of any data leakage due to any act by external or internal mischievous elements. Oyekidhar would not be held responsible

Agreed terms of Data usage

You understand and acknowledge that the data provided would be used by Oyekidhar to reach out to you or your emergency contact when the QR code assigned to you is scanned and a request to connect is initiated.

Emergency Contact List

You understand and acknowledge that the list of Emergency Contact added by you are people who are known to you and you have an explicit understanding with them and their permission to add their number to your emergency contact list,

No Response to Emergency Calls

You understand and acknowledge that Oyekidhar is just a platform to help connect a person in need or their emergency contact list with a person who wishes to help. We take n responsibility if none of the emergency contacts listed or the subscriber do not answer the calls intended to patch the person reaching out to assist.

Quality of Service offered.

You understand and acknowledge that Oyekidhar is a budding startup and we take this commitment very seriously and would continuously upgrading the service quality by adding additional offerings, product enhancement and technology upgrades due to which there could be unplanned downtime or changes in product specifications. Oyekidhar would not be in any position to reimburse any losses that you may incur in not getting the expected quality of service expected.

Continuous Product upgrades

At Oyekidhar we are continuously evolving and our focus is on product and service improvement . This may lead to latest and improved product offerings and quality as compared to the purchased made by you previously.
We reserve the right to continue with such product and service enhancement and may not offer any automatic upgrades or enhanced products to replace any previous purchases.

No Free Goodies as we have bills to pay

You understand and acknowledge that Oyekidhar is a budding startup and as a startup we too have bills to pay. We guarantee that we will not break the trust you have put in us for any of the paid services. For subscribers opting for the free services as and when available we may need to run some advertising campaigns to deliver any product or services at lower than the cost. However we ensure that we do not sell any data.

Geographic Boundaries

We have not put any restrictions on the area of service which means people around the globe can subscribe to the services including having an emergency contact in any part of the world, subject to the terms of service and product delivery are accepted. We may not be in a position to offer any Returns facility due the customization required.
